Get the details behind the latest update for the game with this Arma 3 Laws of War DLC developer diary video. The new content was released at the start of September, and introduced the idea of a humanitarian faction into the first person action. Which was a cool new idea for the shooter genre.
As part of the release from Bohemia Interactive, the video features Arma 3 Creative Director Jay Crowe and Project Lead Joris-Jan van t’Land. They talk about the new content, the project origins, development, and the collaboration with the International Committee of the Red Cross. Check out the Arma 3 Laws of War DLC Developer Diary Video below.
The Arma 3 Laws of War DLC includes a range of new outfits, weapons and vehicles suitable for a humanitarian mission by the new IDAP faction. So things like mine removal, or various varieties of vans to transport people and supplies. Plus two showcases available to all Arma 3 players to introduce Laws of War, a single player experience as you become an explosive removals specialist, and a free update for all players to integrate Laws of War with the rest of the game and players who don’t own the premium content.
Arma 3 Laws of War DLC is available now via Steam or direct from Bohemia Interactive for €9.99 / $11.99 / £8.99. Half of the revenue from direct sales (not including bundles) of the DLC sales until the end of 2017 will be donated to the International Committee of the Red Cross. The organisation was founded in 1863 to protect victims of international and local armed conflicts including prisoners, refugees, and civilians.
