The recent Vietnam expansion pack for Battlefield: Bad Company 2 contained a special map, Operation Hastings, with a community challenge to access it. PC, Xbox 360 and PS3 gamers were pitted against each other to see which platform would first complete the 69 million support actions – and the computer boys won the challenge!
The good news for console owners is that the OPeration Hastings map has now also been unlocked for the Xbox 360 and PS3. So you can now enjoy all the maps.
And now is a good time to pick up the Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Ultimate Edition, which includes all the content so far for a bargain price. You can find it at Amazon (Xbox 360/PS3) or Play.com (Xbox 360). Game appears to have sold out, but you might get lucky and find a pre-owned example instore.
