The bonus for pre-ordering Battlefield 3 has now been confirmed, and as revealed in a leaked promotion poster earlier this month, it will be the ‘Battlefield 3:Back to Karkand’ map pack.
Back to Karkand will feature four legendary maps from Battlefield 2, but re-imagined and updated with the Frostbike 2 game engine for new physics, destruction and visuals. The pre-order edition is apparently only available for a limited time (probably until the game is released or they run out of copies – whichever comes first!). And we have to admit we’re pretty excited by the new Battlefield 3 gameplay trailer which has just been released.
