The good fellows at Activision have a treat for PC gamers this weekend, by offering them free access to Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3’s multiplayer mode.
The only catch however, is that you will need a Steam account in order to play, which can be downloaded here. On the plus side, you do get access to the entire multiplayer aspect of the game.
An announcement was made on Steam’s site today stating the promotion would commence at 10am Pacific Time (or 6pm for us Brits) up until 1pm Pacific Time on Sunday… Which again is 9pm for the Brits.
I’ll be up for checking this out on my rig. Are you guys going to follow suit?
UPDATE!
I’m really liking Modern Warfare 3 multiplayer on the PC. Runs smoothly on my nVidia GTX 560 Ti. Will try and upload some video of me kicking ass… Not like the video I uploaded where I die a little too often!!
