Clan Wars is a big part of the Call of Duty: Ghosts experience, and the next battle begins with Call of Duty Ghosts Clan Wars 4 starting on January 1st, 2014 at 12PM PST/8PM GMT.
The location for this Clan War will be London, as revealed in the Call of Duty mobile app:
A powerful European stronghold, London’s control over the English Channel and Great Britain cannot be overlooked. A foothold guarantees major influences and transport capabilities. To participate, a Clan size of three or more members is required at the start of each Clan War.

How to compete in Clan Wars:
To take part in Clan Wars, which can give you access to specific character appearance unlocks and bonus XP in game modes, you need 3+ players in your clan at the start of a Clan War.
You then compete by playing in each multiplayer game type, which corresponds to a Node at the Clan Wars location – for instance, if you win more Team Deathmatch games than the competing Clans in your division, you’ll win that Node, and score Clan Wars points. The Clans with the most points win.
When you’ve captured a Node, you also get bonus XP in-game, usually 20%.
