Aren’t you looking forward to the next Call of Duty instalment? Advanced Warfare has Kevin Spacey extracted from reality and shoved into a video game… Is that not a turn on itself?!
Okay, less on the Spacey front.
Either way, whether you love it or not, there is another CoD imminent in the next few months. So with that in mind, and being touted as the most exciting CoD to date, we PC gamers must upgrade to get the most out of the game right?!
Wrong.
If these PC specifications are to be real, which can’t be so after being removed from Activisions’ CoD:AW product page, then they are identical to last years’ Ghosts.
Advanced Warfare PC requirements:
- OS: Windows 7 64-Bit / Windows 8 64-Bit
- HDD: 40GB HD space
- Sound: DirectX Compatible Sound Card
- DirectX: 11
- Internet: Broadband connection and service required for Multiplayer Connectivity. Internet connection required for activation.
- CPU: Intel® Core™ 2 Duo E8200 2.66 GHZ / AMD Phenom™ X3 8750 2.4 GHZ or better Recommended: Intel® Core™ i5 – 680 @ 3.6GHz
- RAM: 6 GB RAM Recommended: 8 GB RAM
- Video: NVIDIA® GeForce™ GTX GTS 450 / ATI® Radeon™ HD 5870 or better Recommended: NVIDIA® GeForce™ GTX 760 @ 4GB
As these requirements have been removed from Activisions online store, one can only assume someone there did a half arsed job, or that it IS similar, if not that different, to last years’ not-as-well-received Ghosts.
Well, does that still bother you?! Or you’ve given up on CoD and it’s all about your Destiny?! Leave your thoughts below.
Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare is due for release on the 4th November 2014.
