The maps includes in the CoD: Modern Warfare Remastered Variety Map Pack Trailer are Chinatown, Broadcast, Creek and Killhouse.
While Chinatown, Killhouse and Broadcast are OK maps, it’s Creek that stands out in my memory. Mainly because it often led to stand-offs around either side of the creek bed, meaning a chance to actually plan attacks rather than run around pumping bullets all over the shop.
Plus it allowed more sniping practice with space to set up and take a shot or two before your opponent closed in with a shotgun.
Either way, the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered Variety Map Pack is out now for the PlayStation 4. The Xbox One and PC versions will follow shortly. It costs $14.99, and also includes 10 rare supply drops for Operation Lion Strike, which cost you $20. The new equipment in the Operation Lion Strike Supply Drops include weapons, weapon kits and calling cards, including the D-255 sniper, the PKM LMG, the Mac-10 SMG and a new melee weapon.
