Duke Nukem Forever has been out for a month after an unforgettable 14 years in the making and countless other situations. This game shows sheer determination from the entire team(s) that they were going to fulfill their promise that Forever would become a reality.
And to our amazement… It sure did come out!!
However, no other game in the history of games development, has taken this long to make, so it was strange to see a loved IP get slated in poor reviews upon its release.
Since the titles’ release back in June, the Duke hasn’t done a too shabby job of shifting himself off the shelves over the pond in the U.S. First months sales are around the 377K mark, placing it second in the charts to Take-Two’s L.A Noire. And just so you know, this figure does not take into account digital distribution copies.
It’s been a month. He does exist. What do you think to Duke Nukems’ return to the gaming scene? Was the wait worth it? Let us know.
